a) Preferred Age: 30 to 45 yrs.
b) Educational Qualification: MBA (Human Resource)
c) Experience (Nature and number of years):- More Than 8 yrs.
d) Any Specific Industry— Automobile Industry / FMCG
e) Skills & Competencies:
i) Technical: Performance Management System ( Balance Scorecard ), Talent Management, Policy Deployment , Competency Mapping and development.
ii) Generic: Good interpersonal skills.
f) Areas of expertise required: Performance Management System ( Balance Scorecard ), Talent Management, Policy Deployment, Competency Mapping and development and Statutory Registration and Compliance.
Please note that we require candidates only from reputed MNC and we want full time/regular MBA candidates.
NCR CANDIDATES WOULD BE GIVEN PREFERENCE AND WE ARE OPEN TO CANDIDATES FROM SOUTH ALSO IF THEY ARE WILLING TO RELOCATE.
