i) Technical: Performance Management System ( Balance Scorecard ), Talent Management, Policy Deployment , Competency Mapping and development.

ii) Generic: Good interpersonal skills.

f) Areas of expertise required: Performance Management System ( Balance Scorecard ), Talent Management, Policy Deployment, Competency Mapping and development and Statutory Registration and Compliance.
