Qualification
• MBA or Bachelor degree in electrical or software related discipline or equivalent
experience.
• Experience of 1-3 years in B2B as KAM in the IoT/SaaS domain.

• A team player with excellent analytical, problem solving skills
• Experience in B2B selling of electrical and IoT based automation solutions/products.
• Should have strong & effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and able to independently manage the clients.
Role and Responsibility
• Take over key accounts from the business development team.
• Coordinate with customer, business development and operation team to ensure best service
and support with the goal of achieving customer delight.
• Define KPI’s for customers and track them to enhance repeat sales.
• Ensures subscription revenue target and client retention.
• Increase repeat orders from an account.
• Upsell and Crosssell to the existing customers.
• Dealing with Contractors, Builders, Corporates and Institutions.
• Assist in the execution of the Go-To-Market plans and the sales operations.
• Building and maintaining the relationship with partners & key decision makers.
• Passionate about creating value for customers.
