·         Demonstrating the utmost importance to customer service by responding to guest in friendly manner with an appropriate sense of urgency.

·         Ensure that the team junior team members are working with Tim Horton’s standards and guidelines when preparing products for our guest.

·         To help team members identify the ways of minimizing food waste and ensure freshness by making smaller quantities of food.

·         To monitor the production sheets very often so that the food can be discarded from the showcase once reached the shelf life.

·         To help create a positive harassment free and discrimination free work environment.

·         To ensure that every team member displays and maintains positive behaviors towards job and company

·         To suggest combos to guest to generate more revenue for the organization.
