-Responsible for proper key control of reception area
-Maintain professional appearance and demeanour at all times
-Excellent communication and writing skills
-Fluent in English
-Actively builds awareness of the brand to every walk-in/ calling customer/guests
-Responsible for general administration activities
-To Handle all Secretarial related work of Office
-Computer related correspondence like Letter Drafting, Prepare Monthly Status Sheet using excel, Presentations
-Day to day accounting. Basic knowledge of Tally
-Coordination with Clients, Branch offices & Other Offices
-Organising and maintaining files and records
