No Night Shifts
Provide best-in-class customer service and problem resolution to customer queries over the E-mail, Phone & Facebook . Meet customer requirements through first contact resolution. Clarify customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problem. Demonstrate empathy Greet customers in a courteous, friendly and professional manner using agreed upon procedures. Confirm customer understanding of the solution and provide additional customer education as needed. Prepare complete and accurate work and update customer file. Ensure regular audits of communications are performed and the appropriate training is provided to personnel in this area.
