Job opening for senior BDM (Business Development Manager) in Mohali, We are looking for a candidate must have rich experience of 4 to 6 years with good expertise on portals Elance, Odesk, Guru, Freelancer, Email Marketing, Linkedn etc), Preference will be given to the candidate who has excellent communication skills. Salary upto 50k per month, Only male candidates can apply for this job.

Key skills and qualifications of Business Developer role:

 Business Developers need a strong track record of business-to-business sales at a corporate level.
 A Business Developer will need to have strong research and strategic analysis skills.
 Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and be able to calls to potential clients with confidence.
 Business Developers need to be skilled at agreeing and closing deals with clients.
 Must be able to operate Microsoft Office and associated programs.
 Must be able to handle client chat/client handling.
 Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
 Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.
 The primary role of the Business Developer is to prospect for new clients by developing their interest by way of Odesk and Elance
 Must be able to plan persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential clients to do business with the company.
 Also required to grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new solutions and services to clients.
 Research and build relationships with new clients.
 To capture project requirements and prepare Business Requirement Document (BRD) to clearly specify the desired functionality.
 Bidding on various freelance websites like odesk, Elance.
 Lead Analysis.
 Following up the potential clients.
 Generating Business out of the old clients.
 Team analysis.
 Enhancement of Team Skills.
 Coordinate with other Project Managers.
 Cold Calling.

Client Retention
1. Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships.
2. Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.
3. Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs.
