Immediately required java production support for a renowned brand company in India, Candidate should have 3 to 5 years experience in his domain and surviving area will be Delhi /NCR. We are looking for a candidate who has previous production L1/L2 support experience, application tuning and database query tuning experience (jvm analysis tools or awr – analysis) , ITIL process methodology, L2 support experience and coordinating with L3 and end users, code deployment across environments, fixing the bugs in production environment, tools used for handling support and deployment activities (jira, jenkins), If Jenkins not present, train on devops/tools and should be willing to work in shifts.
