Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse & Logistics professional to lead end-to-end operations, ensuring inventory accuracy, process compliance, and efficient dispatch management. The role is critical in building a scalable and disciplined warehouse function.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end warehouse operations – inward, storage, picking, dispatch, and returns
• Ensure inventory accuracy (physical vs system reconciliation)
• Drive SOP compliance and maintain audit readiness
• Improve dispatch accuracy, OTIF, and warehouse productivity
• Optimize logistics costs and reduce operational leakages
• Coordinate with transport, QC, and cross-functional teams
• Build reports, dashboards, and review mechanisms
• Lead and manage warehouse and logistics teams

Candidate Profile

• 5–7+ years of experience in warehouse & logistics operations
• Background in OEM parts, automotive, heavy equipment, or industrial distribution
• Strong understanding of inventory management and warehouse processes
• Hands-on, process-driven, and execution-focused
• Good team handling and stakeholder management skills
