Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Market Development
• Define and execute sales strategy aligned with business goals
• Identify and penetrate new markets and segments
• Forecast and drive revenue growth targets
• Expand reach through CSR, NGOs, and hospital partnerships
Team Leadership
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team
• Drive a culture of accountability and performance
• Monitor and optimize sales KPIs
Client & Partner Management
• Manage key accounts and stakeholder relationships
• Lead critical negotiations and large deal closures
• Ensure client satisfaction and retention
Market Intelligence & Sales Ops
• Track market trends and competitor activities
• Inform product and strategy decisions with insights
• Oversee sales operations, tools, collateral, and budget utilization
Requirements
Education
• Bachelor’s degree required
• MBA is an added advantage.
Experience
• 8–15 years of B2B sales experience in medical devices / prosthetics & orthotics
• Proven success in sales leadership and managing teams
• Exposure to CSR-based and institutional sales is preferred
Skills & Competencies
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Experience with CRM tools and sales analytics
• Customer-focused with a result-driven mindset
