Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Tel-calling Cum Junior Counselor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about education and have a strong desire to help students achieve their academic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Telecalling:
Actively engage in outbound calls to prospective students.
Identify potential students and schedule initial consultations.
Provide accurate and informative information about our services and programs.
Build rapport with potential students and address their queries effectively.

Counseling:
Conduct initial consultations with prospective students to understand their academic and career aspirations.
Provide guidance on suitable courses and universities based on the student’s profile and preferences.
Assist students with the application process, including document preparation and essay writing.
Provide support throughout the visa application process.
Maintain regular communication with students to address their concerns and provide updates.
Administrative Tasks:
Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress.
Prepare necessary documentation and reports.
Stay updated on the latest immigration and education trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Basic knowledge of overseas education and immigration procedures.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Prior experience in tele- calling or counseling (preferred).
