Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader (Sales) to manage and guide the real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, supervising team performance, and ensuring smooth client handling throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Monitor team performance and provide guidance, training, and support.
• Handle client escalations and important customer meetings.
• Ensure proper lead management, follow-ups, and deal closures.
• Coordinate with management for sales strategies and business growth.
• Maintain reports related to team performance and sales activities.
• Ensure smooth coordination between sales, marketing, and operations teams.
