Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT and technical positions across various levels.
• Source candidates through multiple channels job portals, professional networks, referrals, and social media platforms.
• Conduct initial screening, interview coordination, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers, dashboards, and candidate databases.
• Negotiate offers and ensure timely onboarding of selected candidates.
• Stay updated with current market trends, compensation benchmarks, and hiring practices in the IT industry.
• Ensure adherence to defined TATs and recruitment SLAs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of core IT recruitment experience (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of technical skills, job roles, and hiring platforms (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on experience with ATS tools and recruitment tracking systems will be an added advantage.
