Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical components, assemblies, and complete systems for SPM machines.
• Prepare 2D drawings and 3D models using CAD software (SolidWorks / AutoCAD / Inventor / Creo).
• Conduct feasibility studies, tolerance analysis, and material selection for design optimization.
• Collaborate with electrical, automation, and production teams for integration of mechanical designs.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety guidelines, and client specifications.
• Prepare BOM (Bill of Materials), assembly drawings, and documentation for manufacturing.
• Support in prototype development, machine trials, and resolving design-related issues.
• Interact with vendors and suppliers for component development and validation.
• Provide technical support during installation, commissioning, and after-sales service.
