Position Overview
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee installation and execution of modular kitchens and wardrobes at client sites. The candidate will ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality standards and client satisfaction. Basic understanding of modular kitchen fittings, hardware, and materials. Ability to read and understand design drawings. Ability to manage multiple sites if required. Willing to travel whenever require even out of town.
Role and Responsibilities
Supervise and manage on-site installation of modular kitchens and wardrobes.
Coordinate effectively with carpenters, installers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
Ensure all work is carried out as per approved design specifications and project timelines.
Monitor the quality of materials used and workmanship at site.
Take accurate site measurements and verify dimensions prior to installation.
Identify and resolve on-site issues; escalate critical concerns to management when required.
Maintain daily progress reports and provide regular updates to the management team.
Ensure adherence to safety standards and proper usage of tools and equipment.
Interact with clients at site to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
Must be open to traveling across different project locations as per business requirements.
Flexible working hours depending on site schedules and project deadlines.
Basic understanding of modular kitchen fittings, hardware, and materials.
Ability to read and understand design drawings.
Good coordination and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple sites if required.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in modular kitchen, furniture, or interior projects.
Diploma / ITI / Any relevant technical qualification (preferred).
Minimum [1–3] years of relevant experience.
