Educational qualification – Sales & Marketing
Experience required 5-10 years of experience.
Positions Sales Manager- Modern Trade
Job Location Shoghi, Shimla, Himachal Pradesh
Salary package CTC Minimum 3 LPA to 6 LPA Based on experience and skills, could be offered a differential package.
Placement process Telephonic / Virtual interview, followed by Face-to-Face interview
Gender- Male/ Female
Location- Candidate must have worked in the North India region.
WFO / WFH – Complete Work from office (Shoghi, Shimla)
Industry – Food processing with high preferability for Tomato processing industries
Tasks & Responsibilities
ï‚· Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
ï‚· Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
ï‚· Build and promote strong, long- lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
ï‚· Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
ï‚· Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
ï‚· Liaison with the marketing team for strategies and marketing content.
ï‚· Manage listing in key accounts, running of monthly promotions in all accounts as per directions from
seniors.
ï‚· Overlook the reconciliation of local sales promotions budgets/ invoices with coordination from accounts and finance team.
ï‚· Should know how to on diverse product range in different distribution highways.
ï‚· Should grow revenue through volume and net pricing.
ï‚· Performing any other task as per management request. Pre and post-sales tracking & analysis of
promotions effectiveness.
Skills required ï‚· BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
ï‚· Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or
exceeding targets.
ï‚· Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences.
ï‚· Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at
all levels of the organization.
ï‚· Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
ï‚· Strong business sense and industry
expertise.
ï‚· Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
ï‚· Must be able to plan strategically.
