Responsibilities:

Generating business leads and and sending out information

Cold calling potential customers and building relationships.

Working on weekly and monthly sales targets.

Arranging meetings with clients and carrying out product demonstrations.

Researching the market and identifying potential target customers.

He will be totally responsible for the deal until the payment is complete.

Handing over the customer portfolio to the back office and ensuring satisfactory service to the customer.

Meeting customer requirements and demands.

Customer feedback from time to time.

Tending to customer complaints and coordinating with the plant to resolve the issues at the earliest.

Requisite Skills:

Must have a bike

He will have to generate leads on his own and visit clients in his allocated area + any nearby regions.

Client Relationship Management, Negotiation, Creativity, Sales Planning, Independence, Motivation for Sales.

Desired Skills:

Decent communication skills in English and Telugu ( Verbal and written)

Prior experience in direct sales/cold calling/ field job would be preferred.

Basic computer knowledge of MS Office ( Word/Excel)

Education:

Minimum Qualification B.com/similar degree

Relevant Experience:

Candidate being familiar with any other construction/building materials related products would be preferable

Candidates having exposure in the Manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
