Roles & Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Book appointments and follow up with clients to arrange consultations with dietitians.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to company revenue goals.
- Provide both pre-sales and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Regular follow-ups with leads and existing customers to drive conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, appointments, feedback, and outcomes.
- Work closely with the dietitians and other internal teams to ensure smooth hand-off and service delivery.
Requirements / Skills:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer acquisition.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
- Ability to persuade and build rapport over the phone.
- Organized with the ability to manage follow-ups, schedules, and sales pipelines.
- Strong goal-orientation and ability to work under targets.
- Dependable, proactive, and customer-centric mindset.
