Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
  • Book appointments and follow up with clients to arrange consultations with dietitians.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to company revenue goals.
  • Provide both pre-sales and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Regular follow-ups with leads and existing customers to drive conversions.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, appointments, feedback, and outcomes.
  • Work closely with the dietitians and other internal teams to ensure smooth hand-off and service delivery.

Requirements / Skills:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer acquisition.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Ability to persuade and build rapport over the phone.
  • Organized with the ability to manage follow-ups, schedules, and sales pipelines.
  • Strong goal-orientation and ability to work under targets.
  • Dependable, proactive, and customer-centric mindset.
