Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the sales team and clients to ensure timely processing of inquiries, quotations, and orders.
• Prepare and follow up on sales quotations, proposals, and technical documentation.
• Handle customer correspondence and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain and update sales records, customer databases, and reports.
• Assist in preparing sales presentations and monthly sales reports.
• Coordinate with logistics and service teams to ensure timely deliveries and support.
• Provide support to field sales staff and ensure alignment with internal departments.
• Follow up with customers for order status, payments, and feedback.

Requirements:

• 4–5 years of experience in a sales coordination or back-office sales support role, preferably in an electrical or technical industry.
• Strong understanding of electrical products and technical documentation.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and follow-up skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP systems.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
