Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice to site management on all quantity surveying works.
• Conduct on-site and off-site quantity take-offs; verify quantities for all electrical services and oversee payment confirmation and variation works.
• Prepare and maintain monthly cost reports, including RA bills, project costs, contracts, cash flow, etc.
• Actively participate in commercial meetings with clients and contractors, offering insights and updates.
• Perform cost estimates for alternative design solutions as needed.
• Manage materials inventory, placing orders for required resources to avoid delays.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
• Review and analyze tender documents to understand client requirements and evaluate the project’s scope of work.
