Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify, evaluate, and develop vendor relationships to ensure reliable supply sources.
2. Conduct field work and vendor visits to strengthen supplier network.
3. Negotiate pricing, credit terms, and delivery timelines to ensure cost-effectiveness.
4. Maintain and update vendor database and procurement records.
5. Coordinate with the production and technical teams to understand material requirements.
6. Raise purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure timely supply of materials.
7. Monitor market trends, price changes, and new suppliers to optimize procurement.
8. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards during procurement.
Resolve vendor-related issues such as delays, quality concerns, or discrepancies.

Candidate Requirements:
1. Education: B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical (preferred).

Skills:
1. Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
2. Good knowledge of procurement processes.
3. Ability to perform regular vendor visits and field work.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (preferred).
6. Other Requirements: Male candidates preferred.
