Job Overview:
We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Office Assistant to support smooth day-to-day office operations. The candidate will be responsible for assisting with office coordination, handling basic administrative activities, managing deliveries, and ensuring proper support for internal and external requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office support activities and ensure smooth functioning of office operations.
- Handle office cleanliness, maintenance coordination, and upkeep of the workplace.
- Receive, manage, and coordinate incoming/outgoing deliveries, including UPS and battery-related materials.
- Coordinate with transport offices and client locations for timely movement and delivery of materials/documents.
- Assist in maintaining office records, files, and basic documentation work.
- Support team members with day-to-day operational requirements.
- Perform outdoor office-related tasks whenever required.
- Ensure proper handling and safe movement of office materials and documents.
- Coordinate with vendors, delivery partners, and other stakeholders for routine activities.
- Maintain discipline, punctuality, and a professional approach towards assigned responsibilities.
