Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan and organize mechanical assembly sequences for machines.
2. Supervise and validate each assembly stage, ensuring quality standards.
3. Approve assembled machines before final handover.
4. Coordinate the procurement and readiness of components for assembly.
5. Conduct trials of the machine.
6. Provide after-sales service, including troubleshooting and on-site repairs as needed.
7. Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in mechanical assembly supervision.
2. Strong understanding of machine components and assembly processes.
3. Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical issues during after-sales support.
4. Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
5. Willingness to travel for on-site customer support when required.
