We are looking for a creative and proactive individual who wants to build a long-term career
in marketing, content, and brand communication. The role involves managing social media,
writing content, supporting campaigns, handling email marketing, and coordinating Meta Ads
campaigns.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a good understanding of
digital marketing platforms, and the ability to coordinate effectively with designers and
internal teams. A strong visual sense, curiosity to learn, and ownership mindset are
important for this role.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
● Create and manage monthly social media calendars
● Platforms: LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X
● Write captions, post copy, and engagement content
● Coordinate with graphic designers for creatives and carousels
● Schedule and manage posts across platforms
● Track content performance and engagement insights
Content Writing & Communication
● Write LinkedIn posts, social media content, and campaign messaging
● Draft newsletters and email marketing content
● Assist in blogs, website content, and marketing collaterals
● Repurpose long-form content into short-form social media assets
● Maintain brand tone and communication consistency across platforms
Email Marketing & Newsletters
● Create and execute email marketing campaigns
● Draft newsletter content and structure
● Manage audience lists and campaign coordination
● Track email campaign performance metrics such as open rates and CTRs
● Work with tools like Brevo/Mailchimp or similar platforms

Meta Ads Coordination
● Assist in planning and managing Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram)
● Coordinate ad creatives and ad copy with the design team
● Monitor campaign progress and maintain campaign trackers
● Support awareness and lead generation campaigns
Creative & Campaign Coordination
● Share detailed content briefs with the design team
● Suggest post ideas, campaign themes, and carousel concepts
● Ensure content aligns with brand identity and campaign objectives
● Support execution of integrated marketing campaigns
Marketing Operations & Support
● Maintain content trackers and campaign calendars
● Coordinate with internal stakeholders for approvals and updates
● Assist in research, trend analysis, and competitor benchmarking
● Support day-to-day marketing activities and brand initiatives

Preferred Skills
● Strong written and verbal communication skills
● Basic understanding of social media marketing and Meta Ads
● Good visual sense and understanding of content aesthetics
● Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, Brevo/Mailchimp, or similar tools
● Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines
● Creative thinking with attention to detail
● Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
