Key Responsibilities:
Resolve product/service-related queries professionally and on time
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM
Ensure excellent customer satisfaction through empathetic and effective support
Meet performance metrics (response time, resolution rate, quality standards)
Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chats for UK clients
Qualifications & Skills:
Excellent communication skills in English (spoken & written)
Ability to work in UK shifts (rotational)
Prior customer support/BPO experience preferred (freshers welcome)
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
