responsible for managing hiring, employee training, workplace
policies, and well-being programs while using the latest HR
technology to improve operations.
HR Executive Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Recognizing the company’s manpower needs and planning
recruitment.
2. Creating job descriptions and managing job postings across
platforms.
3. Screening resumes, shortlisting candidates, and scheduling
interviews.
4. Managing employee onboarding, training, and development
programs.
5. Updating HR policies to align with new labor laws and
trends.
6. Monitoring employees' performance and handling
performance reviews.
7. Ensuring a healthy work environment by implementing
employee well-being programs.
8. Using AI-driven tools to automate HR tasks and improve
hiring efficiency.
9. Handling payroll, benefits, and compliance-related tasks.
10. Listening to employee concerns and ensuring workplace
Safety.
11.Managing remote and hybrid employees using digital tools.
Executive HR Requirements:
1. MBA or PGDBM degree in Human Resource Management
or related field.
2. Proven experience as an HR executive or in a similar HR
role.
3. Strong knowledge of labor laws and employment
regulations.
4. Experience with HR software, AI tools, and applicant
tracking systems.
5. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving
skills.
6. Ability to work with data and analytics for decision-making.
7. Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
