Job Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Field Sales Executive to promote and sell our POS (Point of Sale) software solutions to retail stores, restaurants, and local businesses. The role involves field visits, product demonstrations, lead generation, customer acquisition, and maintaining long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit retail shops, restaurants, and local businesses to promote POS software solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain software features and benefits.
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits and networking.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Maintain records of customer visits, sales activities, and follow-ups.
- Provide market feedback and competitor insights to the management.
Candidate Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in field sales is preferred.
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and computers.
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
- Willingness to travel within Mohali, Chandigarh, and nearby areas.
