We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Field Managers for our Jaipur and Chandigarh locations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, field management exposure, and preferably experience in the Gynecology segment.

  • Manage field operations and territory activities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinics, and healthcare professionals
  • Achieve assigned business targets
  • Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
  • Ensure timely reporting and field updates
  Required Skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong field coordination abilities
  • Target-oriented approach
  • Basic knowledge of the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry
  • Ability to travel as per business requirements
  Qualification
  • Graduate in any discipline
  • Pharma/Science background preferred
