Being Electrical Design Engineer, you will be responsible to –
1. Generate electrical schematic drawings for Control Systems, Panels and Junction Boxes using E-plan.
2. Understanding of control philosophy and development of hardwire relay logic accordingly.
3. Generate and designing of SLD’s and electrical schematic of MCC panel, APFC panel,
calculating KVAR rating.
4. Preparation and release of Bill of material.
5. Basic understanding of PLC selection.
6. Basic understanding of control philosophy and prepare I/O list accordingly.
7. Preparation of PLC architecture using electrical Auto Cad.
8. Generate cabinet layout and component arrangement of VFD panel, PLC panel, MCC, APFC panel using electrical AutoCAD.
9. Generation of blocks, setting of templates in the model or layout
10. Preparation of terminal report, cable schedule, cable tray layout, cable route diagram and Conduit development.
11. Calculations of heat and load of panels and system.
12. Selection of switchgears, electrical components, VFD’s etc.
13. Complete aesthetical and functional panel testing and troubleshooting of fault.
14. Generate test report, MOM, customer Response Sheet and documentation as per instruction of Project Lead, Senior Engineer and Engineering Manager
15. Controls Panel Designing using E-Plan & AutoCAD.
Qualification –
01. Graduates / Diploma from BE (E&TC, Electronics, Instrumentation, Electrical) with recognised universities.
02. Knowledge and Skills: Excellent automaton skills and deep understanding level about project requirement.
03. Capable to work on AUTO CAD, E- PLAN, or any Design software,
04. Details knowledge of Project Integration of PLC, HMI, SCADA, Servo, and Panel accessories.
05. 2 Years and above work experience with any design software and its execution in real sense.
06. Good prioritizing and planning skill.
