Key Responsibilities:
1. Enter data from source documents into prescribed databases, software, and spreadsheets.
2. Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities, and check output.
3. Maintain data integrity by verifying accuracy and consistency across platforms.
4. Organize and maintain files and records in both digital and physical formats.
5. Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backups.
6. Respond to requests for information and access relevant files.
7. Adhere to data privacy and confidentiality regulations.
8. Collaborate with other departments to gather and manage required data.
Requirements:
1. Graduation in any field
2. Proven experience as a data entry operator or in a similar role.
3. Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), and data entry software.
5. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.
6. Good communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Preferred:
1. Experience working with CRM or ERP systems.
2. Basic knowledge of database management and file organization.
3. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
