Role Overview
We’re seeking a highly proactive and confident Customer Success Associate to own the end-
to-end customer experience from pilot onboarding through post-go-live adoption. You will
work closely with product, support, and implementation teams to ensure smooth
deployments, measurable outcomes, and long-term satisfaction for each of our customers.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate with internal teams to launch and manage pilot implementations
• Track usage during pilot phase and generate detailed usage and engagement reports
• Schedule and lead check-in calls and stakeholder reviews
• Identify blockers and collaborate with product/support to resolve them quickly
• Build strong relationships with clinical and administrative users
• Serve as a trusted advisor, identifying success metrics and tailoring onboarding and
training accordingly
• Conduct product walkthroughs, training, and feedback sessions
• Support transition from pilot to contract phase, ensuring seamless go-live
• Monitor post-implementation usage, proactively identify risk signals, and drive adoption
• Collaborate with sales/account managers to ensure renewal readiness
• Act as the voice of the customer within our company.
• Maintain customer documentation, implementation checklists, and knowledge base
content
• Track issues and resolutions using support platforms (Zendesk, Zoho Desk, etc.)
• Prepare Quarterly Business Review (QBR) decks and CSAT summaries
Must-Have Skills
• 2–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Implementation
roles (preferably in B2B SaaS or HealthTech)
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills — confident speaking with mid-
senior customer stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple accounts or pilots in parallel
• Strong project management and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, Zoho Desk, Gainsight, or HubSpot
• Skilled in using Excel / Google Sheets for data analysis and usage tracking
• Familiarity with project tracking tools like Notion, Trello, ClickUp or Asana
Bonus Skills
• Experience in the healthcare domain or clinical environments
• Knowledge of clinical workflows and EMR/EHR systems
• Familiarity with patient safety, compliance, or NHS/UAE care standards
• Exposure to AI-driven SaaS platforms
