Urgent hiring for the Business Development Executive in a acoustic manufacturing company for Bangalore location

Designation - BDE (Business Development Executive)
Location - Bangalore
Experience - 3-7 Years
Salary - 40k to 50 K
Gender - Male
Qualification - Any Degree
Skills - Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Communication
Target Industry - Any

Responsibilities:

• Build and manage relationships with all key contacts in the assigned region, including but not limited to engineers, architects, acoustical consultants, developers and contractors.
• Manage most of the aspects in major projects in the region that require acoustical design solutions or competitors’ products in commercial and other building types.
• Explore and close new business opportunities by developing project-specific strategies that incorporate own products.
• Contribute creatively to new product development as well as any other area of the business.
• Provide oversight and analysis of the day-to-day sales, margin and customer relationship management for the assigned region.
• Understand your assigned region and customers personally where it can profitably achieve dominant market share.
• Schedule regular customer facing (in person when applicable or virtual) within the assigned region in order to increase market share and maintain solid partnerships.
• Other duties as desired per operational needs.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering ideally but not a must
• Candidate with specification sales experience in building material or in Architectural Acoustic background preferred
• Good command of English, both spoken and written
• Go-getter and results oriented with strong drive to make it happen and tackle demanding tasks
• Strong communication skills, logical thinking ability, good teamwork spirit, strong sense of responsibility and professionalism
• Courage to challenge, and ability to adjust myself in a rapidly changing business; insightful and good at independent thinking
