Key Responsibilities:

– Build and manage a team dedicated to cold calling and lead generation

– Develop and implement strategies to convert leads into trial users and paying customers

– Set and achieve sales targets, with a focus on doctor sign-ups and conversions

– Monitor team performance and provide coaching to improve outcomes

– Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer onboarding and retention

Qualifications:

– Proven experience in sales and team management, preferably in the healthcare sector

– Strong background in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) or healthcare billing services

– Demonstrated success in cold calling and lead generation strategies

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

– Ability to work in US time zones
