Key Responsibilities
Handle regular telephonic communication with existing and potential dealers.
Maintain and strengthen B2B relationships within the dealer network
Support the sales team with follow-ups, lead tracking, and coordination.
Prepare and update basic reports, data entries, and tracking sheets.
Assist in resolving dealer queries and escalating issues when needed.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth order processing and dealer support.
Ensure proper documentation and maintain an updated dealer database.
Work towards meeting monthly communication and coordination targets.
Required Skills & Competencies
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, Data entry).
Basic English-speaking and writing competency.
Strong communication skills, especially telephone handling.
Confident, proactive, and good at relationship management.
Ability to work independently as well as in coordination with the team.
Commerce background or prior industrial/tele-sales experience will be an added advantage.
