Job Responsibilities:
Generate leads for new business by various channels.
Reach out to potential customers and pitch for new business opportunities
Achieve individual sales target
Build and maintain relationships with client contacts and decision makers
Analysis of the competitors and market
Roll out of new clients & ensure client satisfaction through timely delivery, while
maintaining quality with the operations team.
Will be responsible for achieving targets at an individual level & the objectives set by
the company.
Key Account Management: Manage the existing and the newly added client base with
respect to maintaining relations and managing end-to-end cycle right from generating
Sales leads to till get agreement singed.
To build the strong database from internal and external data sources .
People Management
Coordination with the operation Team, digital marketing team & clients.
Self-motivate and empower team to deliver company’s goals
Sales and marketing (concept selling) with a strong marketing domain.
Support in implementation of business strategy and sustainable growth of business.
Desired Candidate Profile
You must have your won vehicle.
Having throughout excellent academic record, including MBA Graduate from reputed
management institute in Sales & Marketing.
Positive Attitude.
Behavioural Competencies.
Excellent communication skills; speaking, writing, listening, can communicate
difficult and complex matters in a straightforward manner.
Ability to grasp concepts quickly, think beyond traditional methods to exceed client’s
expectations.
Ability to maintain professionalism and honesty while building trust, and respect for the
company and clients.
Strong organizational, analytical, detailed planning and project management skills.
