Job Responsibilities:


 Generate leads for new business by various channels.
 Reach out to potential customers and pitch for new business opportunities
 Achieve individual sales target
 Build and maintain relationships with client contacts and decision makers
 Analysis of the competitors and market
 Roll out of new clients & ensure client satisfaction through timely delivery, while
maintaining quality with the operations team.
 Will be responsible for achieving targets at an individual level & the objectives set by
the company.

 Key Account Management: Manage the existing and the newly added client base with
respect to maintaining relations and managing end-to-end cycle right from generating
Sales leads to till get agreement singed.
 To build the strong database from internal and external data sources . 

People Management


 Coordination with the operation Team, digital marketing team & clients.
 Self-motivate and empower team to deliver company’s goals
 Sales and marketing (concept selling) with a strong marketing domain.
 Support in implementation of business strategy and sustainable growth of business.


Desired Candidate Profile


 You must have your won vehicle.
 Having throughout excellent academic record, including MBA Graduate from reputed
management institute in Sales & Marketing.
 Positive Attitude.
 Behavioural Competencies.
 Excellent communication skills; speaking, writing, listening, can communicate
difficult and complex matters in a straightforward manner.
 Ability to grasp concepts quickly, think beyond traditional methods to exceed client’s
expectations.
 Ability to maintain professionalism and honesty while building trust, and respect for the
company and clients.
 Strong organizational, analytical, detailed planning and project management skills.
