Administrative Responsibilities:
Office Administration
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing office supplies, facility maintenance, and vendor relationships.
- Act as the point of contact between the office and various stakeholders for smooth daily operations.
Document Management and Formatting
- Maintain and organize physical and digital company documents, ensuring accessibility and security.
- Format reports, presentations, and other documents to ensure consistency and professionalism.
Support for Multi-functional Environment
- Assist different departments with administrative tasks as needed.
- Adapt quickly to various ad-hoc tasks and shifting priorities.
Compulsory Skills:
- English Communication – At Least 9/10.
- Computer Typing Speed – Above 30 WPM.
- MS Office Proficiency – Should know Excel Macros, preferably Dashboard designing skills, Should be expert in Word & Excel formatting
- Internet Proficiency – Should be able to use browsers, search engines etc.
- Google Sheet – Must have good knowledge
