• Accurate Data Entry to ensure accounts are on-line and monthly
Profit & Loss account can be generated – All types of entries on
Tally.ERP-9 on daily basis
• Logging bills and making payments with proper account heads
• Bank Reconciliation Statement
• Handling day to day petty cash.
• MIS reports to management
• Updating the Debtors outstanding statement and keeping all
informed
• Preparing Income tax return
• Ensuring payments received are posted correctly, especially from
Govt Clients
• Other Miscellaneous accounting work including tally data entry
