Responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or generated lists.
2. Introduce our services to prospects and explain their benefits and features.
3. Answer any questions or concerns that potential customers may have.
4. Engage in persuasive and convincing conversations to drive sales.
5. Identify and qualify sales opportunities, recording essential information accurately.
6. Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
7. Maintain a strong understanding of our services and stay updated on any changes or improvements.
8. Update customer information in the CRM system and ensure data accuracy.
9. Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and strategies.
10. Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer needs and concerns.
Requirements:
1. Only female candidates.
3. Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role is a plus.
4. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
5. Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
6. Goal-oriented and self-motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets.
