We are seeking a highly skilled and collaborative technical BA to lead a new integration platform using Azure Integration Services. Project requiring a proactive individual who can coordinate and document the process flows and detailed Integration requirements and specifications. The ideal candidate will be a technical subject matter expert (SME) in driving and managing all blueprints for the project and possess strong business analysis (BA) skills to capture and refine integration specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Coordination and Delivery:
– Support the Development and execution of a detailed project plan to deliver required integrations within the specified time frame and budget.
– Support the Delivery Manager with the daily operations and project tasks of the development team, ensuring smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
2. Technical Business Analysis:
– Act as a technical BA, liaising with key stakeholders and suppliers to capture, document, and refine integration requirements.
– Create and complete the required Interface Design Documentation to the required standards to include system integration specifications, including data mapping, data transformation rules, and API/web services interactions and any business logic required.
– Work closely with developers to ensure a clear understanding of the requirements and technical specifications.
– Ensure the Integration Design Document supports the Integration Development team in building and maintaining integrations.
– Act as a liaison between Lead Architect, business stakeholders and development teams, facilitating communication and clarifying requirements.
– Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for system integrations.
– Conduct and support system testing, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure quality and functionality.
– Track, analyse, and prioritise defects and issues identified during testing.
– Work with development teams to ensure timely resolution of defects and retest to confirm defect resolution.
– Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and validate solutions.
3. Support Lead Architect:
– Collaborate with the lead architect to ensure the project vision is delivered effectively.
– Provide technical insights and recommendations to align development activities with the overall architecture.
– Foster open communication and collaboration among all stakeholders.
Required Skills and Experience
– 6+ years of experience in documenting and delivering integration projects using Azure Integration Services.
– Solid experience as a business analyst, with a focus on capturing and refining technical requirements for integrations.
– Excellent project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
– Strong understanding of development standards and best practices.
– Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead meetings and facilitate discussions effectively.
– Highly collaborative, trustworthy, and competent in both technical and delivery domains.
– Highly Desirable: NetSuite integration experience
