We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader to join our International BPO team
specializing in QuickBooks support and sales. The ideal candidate will possess excellent
communication skills, in-depth knowledge of QuickBooks processes, and the ability to oversee a
Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and coach a team of QuickBooks support agents and sales

Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to promote QuickBooks-related
