Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader to join our International BPO team
specializing in QuickBooks support and sales. The ideal candidate will possess excellent
communication skills, in-depth knowledge of QuickBooks processes, and the ability to oversee a
team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
 Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and coach a team of QuickBooks support agents and sales
representatives to achieve performance goals and deliver exceptional customer service.
 QuickBooks Expertise: Demonstrate a strong understanding of QuickBooks processes and be
able to provide guidance and support to team members when needed.
 Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to promote QuickBooks-related
products or services to customers, maximizing revenue potential.
 Job Description Creation: Develop and maintain job descriptions for various positions within
the team, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
 Candidate Interviews: Conduct interviews for potential team members, assessing their
qualifications and cultural fit within the organization.
 Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements in
both support and sales functions and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and
customer satisfaction.
Job Skills & Qualifications:

 Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognised University.
 Minimum 2-4 years of experience QuickBooks support role.
 Strong leadership and team management skills.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
 In-depth knowledge of QuickBooks processes.
 Sales experience and a track record of achieving sales targets.
 Dedication to continuous improvement and a customer-centric approach.
