Job description

Key Responsibilities
 Incumbent would be responsible for end to end HR strategy deployment / facilitation for
relevant functions.
 Drive and deploy HR procedures, policies and processes across assigned functions.
 Provide HR support to achieve business unit objectives.
 Drive a culture of performance, results and positive employee relations.
 Execute reward & recognition strategy within assigned functions.
 Conduct assessments, respond to employee feedback and execute employee engagement.
 Coach leaders on talent management and performance differentiation.
 Ensure flawless execution of staffing processes at all levels within the business and develop
staffing strategies to ensure a robust pipeline of quality candidates.
 Ensure the effective deployment of organizational values and play appropriate role in
building positive culture.
 Responsible for ensuring smooth functioning of HR Operations.
 Building up strategy for identifying key resource for recruitment and identifying key talent
within the organization
Strategy
 Co-create the entire people strategy including effective Manpower Planning and Forecasting
system
 Deploy & implement strategy within assigned channels in order to Complete HR Strategy
planning
Requirements
 Preferably Management Degree with specialization in Human Resources from a Tier 1 / Tier
2 institute.
 Past experience of working with retail brands.
