# Responsibilities:
*Technical Leadership & Strategy:**
* Lead the architectural design and development of complex software solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
* Conduct thorough **research and development (R&D)** to identify emerging technologies, tools, and methodologies that can enhance our product offerings and development processes.
* Define and articulate technical **approaches** and strategies for new features, products, and system enhancements.
* Develop and implement **scalability solutions** to ensure our systems can handle increasing load and data volumes efficiently and reliably.
*Team Management & Mentoring:**
*Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 15+ employees**, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
* Provide technical guidance, conduct **code reviews**, and offer constructive feedback to ensure code quality, adherence to architectural patterns, and best practices.
* Define clear roles and responsibilities within the team and facilitate professional growth.
*Product Management & End-to-End Solutions:**
* Collaborate closely with product management, stakeholders, and other cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and architectural designs.
* Drive **end-to-end solution delivery**, overseeing the entire development lifecycle from conceptualization to deployment and post-launch support.
* Act as a key technical point of contact for product-related discussions and decisions.
*Quality Assurance & Compliance:**
* Review team code and proposed approaches to ensure technical soundness, efficiency, and maintainability.
* Ensure solutions adhere to relevant **compliance** standards and regulations as required.
* Champion best practices for software development, testing, and deployment.
# Qualifications:
*5+ years of experience** in a Senior Solutions Architect or similar technical leadership role.
* Proven track record of designing, developing, and deploying complex, scalable software solutions.
* Strong technical background with hands-on experience in modern software development technologies and architectural patterns (e.g., microservices, cloud-native, APIs).
* Demonstrated ability to **manage and lead a team of 15+ technical employees**, including mentoring and performance management.
* Experience with **R&D** and the ability to evaluate and integrate new technologies.
* Proficiency in conducting **code reviews** and providing effective technical feedback.
* Solid understanding of the full software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Experience with compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS) is a plus, if required for the role's domain.
