A sales manager is the person responsible for leading and coaching a team of salespeople. A sales manager’s tasks often include assigning sales territories, mentoring the members of her sales team, assigning sales training, building a sales plan, and hiring and firing salespeople.  
Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team. Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures it’s a strong presence. Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
