Key Responsibilities :-
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Lead and mentor Sales Engineers, Regional Sales Engineers, and Business
Associates.
Manage and grow key accounts by building strong client relationships.
Acquire new customers through targeted visits, exhibitions, and networking.
Expand dealer and OEM network in key territories.
Ensure timely collection of payments and accurate CRM reporting.
Collaborate with internal teams (Production, Service, R&D, Dispatch) to ensure
smooth delivery and support.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
Requirements :-
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Business
7+ years of industrial equipment sales experience, with at least 3 in a managerial role.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
Willingness to travel extensively across India.
KPIs / Metrics
Sales revenue achievement.
New customer acquisition.
Timely payment collection.
Lead generation & conversion ratio.
Customer retention & satisfaction.
