Designation – Sales Manager
Experience: 4 plus years’ experience in handling a team of 30 to 40 employees.
Location: Bangalore
CTC Offered: 6 to 7 Lakhs per annum
REQUIREMENTS
preferably in an industrial water setting.

Responsibilities:
• Responsible in handling a team of 30 to 40 employees to achieve the team target.
• Designing & implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer
base and ensure its strong presence.
• Coaching & Performance monitoring of sales representatives.
• Also responsible to generate sales and ensure usage of the entire range of company
products by building up strong relationship with existing and new customers.
Requirements:
• Must be fluent in English
• Good communication skills and Good Negotiation Skills
