Read More »Job Description: We’re seeking a Sales Executive who shares our passion for excellence to help us expand our customer base as we focus on quality, innovation and Customer Satisfaction. As a Sales Executive for Lithium Cells/ small batteries, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, pitching to prospective clients. You will need to have a deep understanding of lithium cell technology and its applications in POS machines, Drone, Led Torch, Robotics and other applications, along with the ability to communicate complex concepts in an accessible way.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets in the lithium cell market for POS machines and other applications.
Identify and approach potential clients, including POS manufacturers, Drone companies, Robotics companies and other industries that use lithium cells.
Identify and approach potential Lithium ion battery manufacturers and sell cells
Deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations to prospective clients, demonstrating the value and benefits of our products.
Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and convert them into long-term customers.
Build and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and seeking opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure customer requirements are addressed.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote the company’s products.
Stay informed about product knowledge, industry developments, and emerging technologies related to lithium cells.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally in the electronics or energy storage sector.
Strong knowledge of lithium cell technology and its applications.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience selling lithium cells or similar products.
Established network of contacts within the POS or appliance industries.
Technical understanding of lithium cell technology.
