Destination – Sales Executive
Experience – Should have minimum 4 years of experience in only the jewellery field.
Age Group – 35 years
Gender – Both
Language Known – English / Hindi / Gujarati ( optional)
Criteria required –
Ex Employee of branded Jewellery stores like Tanishq, Malabar, or Worked in a reputed Jewellery store in Bandra, such as nothndas, Anmol, mk, Dhanraj, popley, etc.
Should have Good computer skills
Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
Job Responsibilities –
Welcome & direct customers
Provide accurate information on our Jewellery (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
Cross-sell products within the store
Ensure display & VM are fully stocked
Manage returns of merchandise
Service our Loyalty Program Clients
Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
Inform customers about discounts and special offers
Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager
Stay up-to-date with new products/servicesPresent and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
Prospect and contact potential customers
Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
Create sales material to present to customers
Sell Products by establishing contacts & developing relationships with the clients
Responsible for all point of sales activities in the showroom.
