Target Industry -
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of HVAC & Data Center solutions:
- HVAC sensors (temperature, humidity, pressure, flow, level)
- Controllers & actuators
- AHU controls & VAV systems
- Energy Management Systems (EMS)
- Fire alarm & life‑safety systems
- Data Center environment monitoring solutions
- Build and nurture relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and system integrators
- Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to customer needs
- Identify new business, generate leads, and drive sales closures
- Attend industry events and exhibitions to expand networks and stay informed on market trends
Qualifications & Experience:
- 2–5 years of B2B sales experience in HVAC/BMS
- Hands-on experience with brands like Honeywell, Siemens, Schneider Electric, or Johnson Controls
- Background in selling Data Center environmental monitoring solutions is a plus
- Proven track record with HVAC sensors, EMS, fire alarms, and security systems
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client-management skills
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets

- B2B / Project Sales.
