Position: Sales Associate
Experience – 2-4 years  
CTC – 5,00,000 – 6,00,000 per annum + Incentives if Target is Met
Location – Sector 17, Chandigarh

Qualifications
 Bachelor& degree
 Strong Academic Background with 80-85%+ Marks throughout
 Strong negotiation skills
 Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills
 Smart, Good-Looking and well-groomed
The ideal candidate should have experience in B2C Retail Sales preferable in the Luxury Sector
(optional).
They should be confident with building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones. They should present evidence of robust soft skills and possess good negotiation skills.
They should be able to demonstrate emotional intelligence and should be smart and well-groomed
at all times.
Responsibilities
 Being Quick Learners and absorbing the Training Material
 Build relationships with new Clients
 Maintain Consistent Contact with Existing clients
 Work as a Team to meet Targets and Grow
 Manage sales pipeline with consistent follow-ups
 Track metrics to ensure targets are hit
