1 | SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS:
Responsible for execution of research project with support from senior researchers – handling and managing all research
operations/processes, and providing research consultation/analysis for the clients
2 | MAJOR DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS:

– Support senior researchers
– Good understanding in marketing research procedures including operational aspects especially for quantitative research
– Quality oriented mind.
– Analyzing quantitative data as per the project needs.
– Preparing a final report which involves charting & data interpretation & inputs on interpretation.
– Must work well in a team-oriented environment and must be results driven
– Maintain a flexible attitude and perform other duties as required or as assigned.
– Ensure research QUALITY in all aspects of the research (Quality Control in questionnaire, fieldwork, tabulation, and data analysis)
– Consult and provide value-add to the client (Maximize client satisfaction)
– Candidate would be interested in Market Research industry, only in primary research.

– Have knowledge of Automobile industry
Skills:
• Proficient in MS Office Applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Good understanding in statistics and analytical tools
• Willing to learn and adapt to new culture/environment
• Work on development of questionnaire/discussion guide, data analysis plan and report preparation.
• Should have good understanding in primary consumer market research (processes and operations
especially in the quantitative research domain; experience in qualitative research will be an added
advantage).
• Can analyze quantitative primary consumer research data as per the project needs
• Must have a good knowledge in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Must work well in a team-oriented environment and must be results driven
• Maintain a flexible attitude and perform other duties as required or as assigned
• Ensure research quality in all aspects of the research
• Should have good communication skills
• Key industry verticals like – Automotive, Consumer Electronics, FMCG etc.
